She was so nice and extremely informative even though we didn't seem like serious buyers. We had a very difficult closing and had some trouble with our lender but she handled it all with such grace! I could not have asked for anything to go smoother. This was my first house, so it has certainly set a very high bar. The seller was a bit difficult, but Jericca went to bat for me on everything. She even went above and beyond when it came to the seller not cleaning after he'd left. It was awesome that she was 2 steps ahead on everything. I would think of a question, and then literally the next day she would text with the next steps. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done, and she and her husband took fantastic care of me. I will 100% be using these guys when I go to buy my next house. Could not be any happier!
